Services:

  • Individual mentoring for yoga professionals and mental health professionals who wish to integrate evidence-based and clinically appropriate yoga skills like mudras, mantras, pranayama breathing and accessible meditation techniques into behavioral health settings.
  • Individual sessions for stress and mood management that integrate evidence-based yoga practices like mudras, mantras, pranayama breathing, accessible postures and simple meditation techniques into your home practice.

Each 55 minute Zoom session will include an assessment and a practice recorded just for you or for your clients.

For working with mood issues, a minimum of 3 sessions is recommended but not required.

For issues outside my scope of practice, I offer referral to recommended licensed
mental health professionals.
