LifeForce Yoga® is intentionally designed to work with anxiety and depression. It is trauma-sensitive and adapted for healthcare settings, mental health treatment and yoga therapy. LifeForce Yoga blends ancient yoga practices with today’s evidence-based research. Using breath, movement, sound and imagery, LifeForce Yoga teaches accessible tools that unlock healthier ways of living and enhance mood. Our practice works for all ages and abilities; in clinical settings, yoga studios and at home for everyday self-care. Amy Weintraub founded LifeForce Yoga® in 2004, and her long-time student Rose Kress now directs the trainings.
