Creating Meaningful Change: The Quest for Healing in an Anxious Time

From the comfort of your home! If you’re a healing professional, discover inspiration and a sense of creative renewal!

Since the advent of COVID-19, the proportion of people struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma has soared. In the midst of such pervasive distress, how can we be truly helpful to others? And how can we take care of our own well-being?

Join in with amazing thought-leaders in psychotherapy. I will offer Yoga for Your Mood classes and a yoga nidra that you can do before, between sessions and afterwards to keep you feeling in balance and receptive to the inspiration of your esteemed colleagues.

This is one of the most important annual events. I’m looking forward to this year’s presenters!
