4-6pm MST online
This workshop offers a taste of what yogic interventions can do to help you stay balanced and increase resilience.

Suicide rates peak after the holidays. On the heels of the pandemic, depression and anxiety have reached epidemic proportions. Join author and founder of LifeForce Yoga, Amy Weintraub, for brief, accessible yoga practices that can shift your mood in a moment. She’ll lead practices from her new Card Deck, YOGA FOR YOUR MOOD, talk about their safe application and the scientific evidence that supports yoga as an adjunct treatment for mental health. These skills can support emotional balance, soothe anxiety, elevate mood, reduce fatigue. This workshop will help you manage your own mood and support the students, clients, patients and family members you may serve.

The session will be recorded and the replay will be made available for those who are unable to attend live.

$40. (No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Contact info@innerpeaceyogatherapy.com to inquire.)
