The Flow Artists Podcast! Rane and Jo from Garden of Yoga in Melbourne, Australia, share conversations with some of the best teachers around on movement, meditation, yoga and more. Be inspired, educated and uplifted.

I was honored to be included in their roster of yoga professionals. Have a listen here  🎧✨. Yes, we talked about “the book”. Jo was a careful and thoughtful reader of Temple Dancer. She read the novel, not only as a story that moved her but also to better understand the plight, first of Indian women, and then of women in general, in patriarchal societies, including our own. We talked about all this, about the novel’s philosophical roots and about the issue of writing from a point of view and an approach to writing about a tradition from another culture.

We discussed my earlier life as a depressed television producer and how it later informed my LifeForce Yoga work, sharing accessible yoga to help with depression and anxiety. 🌸 Lastly, we talked about life during COVID-19 and how drawing from LifeForce Yoga’s of balancing practices can help navigate these challenging times.
