YOGA FOR YOUR MOOD Immersion with Amy Weintraub, and therapist Deb Lubetkin, PsyD, at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.

Want a break from anxiety, stress and overwhelm? Join us in the Berkshires for five immersive days, as the leaves begin to pulse with color and the mornings turn crisp. We will be moving and breathing and meditating indoors and outdoors, weather permitting.

Join Amy and Dr. Deb Lubetkin, licensed psychologist and Kripalu Yoga teacher, for a program designed to not only shift your mood but possibly change your life. After experiencing firsthand the relief that yoga provides, Amy and Deb dedicated their careers to helping others who suffer from mood disorders like depression and anxiety.

For all levels, including yoga and health professionals. Nearly twenty five years of research, thirty years of practice, and Amy’s recovery from a debilitating depression inform this protocol of evidence-based yoga practices.

Strip away the obstacles that keep you from knowing the joy beneath your mood and story. Develop a practice that includes breathing exercises, easy postures, and guided meditations. This program covers evidence-based yogic tools, designed to

  • Energize and elevate depressed moods
  • Relax and calm anxiety
